2025 Renewal Project

The 2025 Renewal Project is our work to remodel and update the interiors of our Pittsburg program and our Martinez programs at Ferry Street and Las Juntas Street.
We are working at all three programs to make sure that the program environment is:
welcoming and attractive
clean and safe
comfortable and encouraging
for the people we support at this location and the staff who work so hard on their behalf.

The 2025 Renewal Project includes:
replacing worn flooring and carpeting with attractive, easy-to-clean flooring
repainting interior walls
replacing worn-out chairs with easy-to-clean seating
replacing worn-out furniture and cubicles
tinting windows to provide privacy and shade
(Martinez program at Ferry Street)
The work in Pittsburg is Phase 3 of our multi-year renewal project for this program. You can read more about it here.
This project completes a renewal cycle of all our RES Success properties that includes:
reopening the Pleasant Hill program in a new location on Buskirk Avenue in 2023
repurposing the spaces at our Hercules program in 2024
restorating and rebuilding our program exterior at our Pittsburg program in 2024
