Out and About with Martinez
Every month the Martinez program on Las Juntas Street takes trips all over our area. In May this included hiking at nearby Paso Nogal Park, visiting the Walnut Creek Model Railroad Society, and a picnic at Susana Street Park!
Just this week, our Las Juntas Street program visited Little Farm at Tilden Regional Park. Our trip included stopping for fresh treats to feed the animals, a picnic lunch in the park, feeding the goats and cows, and enjoying seeing the chickens, ducks, rabbits, and sheep around the farm. We had a great time interacting with the animals and enjoying a unique experience! in the outdoors!
At RES Success, we regularly take trips into our community to enjoy nature, explore our world, and connect with the people around us. This is the type of special activity we can provide because of the caring people in our community who support our programs at RES Success.
