Pittsburg Creates with Paint and Soap

At RES, we regularly create a broad variety of arts and crafts projects. This gives us opportunities to express ourselves in color and design in a variety of formats.

At Pittsburg this month one of our talented direct support professionals (DSPs) taught us how to make our own soap. This process allowed everyone to make soap with the colors and fragrances that they like the most.

Earlier in the month, we had a special “sip and paint” event for ladies only. This was a great chance for the ladies of the Pittsburg program to enjoy fancy apple juice and paint and color together.
