Over the last few years, the needs of developmentally disabled adults in our region have increased significantly as state and local funding for these support
services have fallen and several other facilities have closed their doors.
To help ensure we can preserve our programs, RES SUCCESS has developed an easy, yet effective way for individuals and businesses to donate to our cause. It's called the RES SUCCESS Recurring Giving Program.
Your participation in this program will help us to avoid reductions and/or elimination of our student programs. Some of these include: Education, Art, Music, Transportation, Community Engagement,
Job Training, Food / Entertainment.
RES SUCCESS is transforming lives, and with your on-going participation in our new Recurring Giving Program, now you can too.
How You Benefit
As a participant in this program, you benefit by:

- Automatic- making monthly transfers that are more convenient.
- Seeing your contribution make a significant difference in the lives of our students.
- Knowing that your transfers are executed in a safe and secure manner.
How You Will Make a Difference
If you wonder how your contributions can make a difference, consider these real examples of how 12 monthly donations can be put to good use:
- $10 a month pays for the transportation costs for 80 students and staff to go on a field trip.
- $25 a month covers all costs of sending three students to four field trips each year.
- $50 a month takes care of one facility's monthly educational program expenses.
- $75 a month buys the annual art supplies for one of RES SUCCESS' four facilities.
- $100 a month helps offset a significant portion of the RES SUCCESS' expenses for general supplies.
How to Get Started
With our Recurring Giving Program, you can spread your donations over 6 or 12 months or donate a lump sum amount. Here is how it works.
1. You complete & sign our simple one-page authorization form. Click here to complete, print, sign, and send the authorization form.
2. RES SUCCESS uses your signed authorization form to set-up a secure and safe electronic transfer with your bank.
3. You receive an annual 1099 Form summarizing your total annual donations (if exceeding $600 during the calendar year).
4. If necessary, you can call RES SUCCESS at (925) 229-8228 or return the authorization form to us to amend or cancel your monthly donation.
